Not sure if this has been posted before, but this is te response I got from tru for order placed on Friday which was supposed to be delivered on Weds.........it was only posted on weds

I apologise for the delay in shipping your recent purchase from Toys R Us Direct. This was due to an overwhelming response to the launch of recent online offers. Rest assured that we have done everything possible to avoid any unnecessary delay.

I can now confirm that your order was shipped successfully on 2/12/09 and is due for delivery within 4 working days after this date.

Orders placed via toysrus.co.uk can be delivered any time between 8am and 9pm and we apologise that we are unable to be more specific than this.

Should you be unavailable to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card with the local depot telephone number for you to contact to arrange a further delivery.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

In other words someone paid her more for it.

I have had so many random excuses for sellers backing out of sales. The cat wee'd on it, I was sick on it, etc etc.
