Hi

Has anyone had their missing orders from TRU? Im still fuming about it, even more so when they had more stock on the website this morning, which they could have fulfilled our orders from. I've been thinking that they refunded me so quickly they must have known the order would never get to me. I am fed up with toysruseless as their customer service is shocking even rude and when they effectively "locked" our money. Im going to contact Watchdog and maybe a few papers.

TRU have taken money for 2 orders i put in & both didn't get through checkout, so what do i have to do to get my money back?? Know some of you have had this prob, did you get your money back & how long did it take??

I think this got lost in between tru posting and tesco, straight afterwards. TOYS R US getting deliveries tonight, HAMMIES, BEDS and CARRIERS. Queue in morning.

The last time I phoned my bank (Citibank) to dispute the £75 and no order and the money was back the next day

Today they have took £45 from my Paypal account, Nuttygirll just posted a link to how to sort it out but ive lost it again!

i work in the import business and if something was selling out as fast as these i'd be busting a gut to up the manufacturing and satisfy demand, everyone knows toy fads are only around a relatively short while.

So the question i want to know is when does everyone think the go go hamster stock situation will be fully resolved, as in when will you be able to walk into toys r us/argos etc and be confident they will have stock without having to worry about a wasted journey? thanks
