Code is MEMTXP42 but I still don't see the free 5 year guarantee

Well, apparently:

" To claim your Free 5 Year Warranty - call 0845 7000 100 with your name, address, date of delivery and the serial number of the television supplied to you or email these details to [EMAIL="sales@coop.co.uk"]sales@coop.co.uk[/EMAIL] within 30 days of the delivery date. Your warranty documents will then be sent directly to you by Panasonic."
