I sold my motorbike last night and instead of buying a new one (my original intention) I paid the money off my Egg loan! Kind of seems like I've just got rid of my bike and now have nothing to show for the sale, but I know it's the sensible thing to do in the long run... I've also got about £900 overtime money coming this…

I get paid at midnight tonight - already got my payslip so know how much I'm getting - then I'm going to make my 2nd over payment this month! It'll be another £800 wiped off my loan. It wasn't till I calculated it that I realised I've reduce my repayment term by 7 months...all through one month of hard graft and resisting temptation :j
