Arrears statements

Hello all!
My partner has arrears on his account which closed a while ago. How often do the CSA sent out the statements as I'm sure we used to get a few a year but nothing for a while
About a month ago we had the call from them to up our arrears payments (which we were expecting as we were paying a small amount a month) and my partner worked out a higher payment schedule which both parties were happy with. He asked for it in writing and they said yes no problem. However no paperwork has come through yet and I am starting to worry.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Request it again. Do it by letter this time.*SIGH*

Ordinarily, they send out statements twice a year. I receive mine every May & November.
As DX2 stated, write to them, keep a copy & send the letter by recorded delivery. A month should be long enough to send out a simple confirmation letter.Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000. Debt now (October 2009 - absolutely fork all!!!)

Thanks both, I have been putting it off I suppose as they agreed to let us pay it off over 3 years (which was a huge surprise/relief) and I suspect they will change that to 2 years.
But, I do need written confirmation for my own piece of mind so will write to them and hope for the best.:beer:Good Enough Club member number 20
