Yep - I've tried too - thanks! - fingers crossed ... nothing ventured , nothing gained!
  • Sorry people, but this site is a fake.

If you look at the links on the side, the "LBC Store" is selling cycle jerseys with Lancater Bicycle Club on them. A quick Google search found their site at www (dot) lancasterbikeclub (dot) org - you'll see the scammers have copied this site and just added on the water bottle offer.

I agree, but they may also be using a club template for their websites. Since they are both based in the US, I won't be sending them my details.
  • !!!!. I don't normally get scammed by these as well. What will they do with my details?

Thanks, I hope it isn't a scam but even if it isn't it probably won't come anyway as it is an American site.

It's a strange site. They say their registered address is in Toronto, Canada but the site is for bikers in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

I wouldn't trust any site that offers a freebie with any country you can think of in a drop-down menu. In a previous thread I noticed one site stating it posted free samples anywhere in the world was only registered in India and I posted that it's very unlikely that they'll post to the UK. Some people disagreed and said there were going to try anyway, but no-one's posted that the free sample arrived.
