Charging Order Hearing Tomorrow. Help Please!!!

Well, the charging order was made final on Tuesday, District Judge had made his decision before I entered the room it seems, and today we have been in court for our Royal Bank of Scotland loan re-determination, and the Judge has allowed them to apply for a charging order for this debt.
Arrrrgggggghhhh. (sorry needed to vent some frustration)
I've also posted a thread on CAG for some more advice and started new thread here entitled In A Bit Of A Pickle if anyone can help.
Now just looking at options, as Judge recommended we go Bankrupt when he heard our re-determinaion hearing today.
Also just looked in the mirror and, at 28, have notice i'm already going grey.0
