I signed up to them, ordered my first dvd and it never arrived. My months free trial was ending and I wasnt allowed to cancel till I sent back the dvd I never had! Was on the phone complaining for ages about it! Eventually they agreed to cancel it for me. A month later the dvd eventually arrived!
Do you think if I joined up with a different email it would work? Or do you think it goes by adress also?0
