Thank you never-in-doubt and gerryscot for your help. The people on these forums are absolutly brilliant, giving of their time and experience so freely to help other people. I really dont know what I would have done if I had not come across this web site. I have been reading the posts everyday for the past 6 weeks or so and even though I have not posted until this week I have benefited so much from reading the advice given and have been able to apply lots of it to our own situation. Never-in-doubt you said you would do a letter of complaint for me to Black Horse if I wanted you to. Would you really be interested in doing this for me? I am feeling a little overwhelmed at the moment trying to sort out accounts etc. for the Trustees in Bankruptcy. I have one of those husbands who doesnt like paperwork, which is probably the reason why we are in the mess we are in and leaves all to me to sort, when it is to late!
Will you let me know if you are interested.
