Wider (E) fit boots with slim calf

Does anyone know where you can buy ladies boots which have a wider fit foot (E width) but are not designed for wider fit calves?
I have E-width feet but slim calves and can not find suitable boots anywhere!
I have tried companies like Duo etc who do different calf fittings, but they all seem to come in a standard narrow foot width.

Any one else had this problem and found any good brands?

Thanks.

I have the same problem and it seems impossible to find a pair of boots that fit my calf. I have the same problem with shoes as I have very wide feet and slim ankles.
