Present suggestions on behalf of my Dad

I wonder whether anyone could help me with suggestions here. Although I've finished my own Christmas shopping :T, My Dad has now asked me to do his for him! He always gives money to me and my brothers, and don't have a problem with ideas for my daughters.
Where I am stuck is ideas for my inlaws, and my aunt. In both cases what my Dad wants is something general for their houses, rather than something personal. He generally goes down the line of something like chocolates or biscuits, but I wondered whther any one had any ideas for something different?
Alcohol is out, and the budget is about £10 each.

Are they interested in gardening? I'm getting rose bushes from David Austin online at £7.95 each for both my dad and my father in law. I think it's something different and something they will like and be able to enjoy for a long time. The only snag is that unless regularly watered and kept in a shed/garage they should be planted ASAP after delivery.Total Debt May 10 = £580920
