Naff - I can't PM you

Hi there -
I can't PM you! So here is the message.
they are talking rubbish in respect of transferring you to CS2 - no more cases are being transferred unless you have another case linked to somebody else, or your case is closed for at least 13 weeks and then re-opened; and somebody has to actually do that.
What income and housing cost details have they used which they have backdated? They need to have used what they were in 2005 and then done another one from 2009 - have they done this, or just used your up to date income and housing cost details all the time?
If they have done it wrong, you need to appeal against the decision on the grounds that they have used the incorrect information and they should then recalculate. Have they used your ex's income details?
If however, they have calculated correctly I'm afraid that they have to still collect the arrears, even if it is their fault. However, you should be asking for a compensatory payment from them (but it won't be much).
Feel free to PM me any details and I will see if I can help.
