Cancelling an order from Tesco Wines?

My wife just placed an order at Tesco Wines and put the discount code in incorrectly and didn't notice until it was too late :rolleyes:. She has tried phoning the 0845 number for customer services but no-one is answering and I object to paying for the call. Saynoto0870 lists 029 2062 2972 as an alternative number but that just rings once then appears to go dead.

Is there any other way of cancelling this order so it can be reordered with the code done correctly?
