I just thought that it might be a good way of finding locations/addresses of particular types of cars and information about the people owning them... hope I'm wrong and it is legit but it does seems a little strange.
Number 3 under their 'Privacy, e-mail advertisements' heading says "Personal details will not be passed on to any third parties." I think them requiring the address is just to check your a UK resident.0 -
