Hello,
My husband and i are looking to buy our first home. he has a permanant full time job, earning around 20k. I am employed on an agency basis and earn £10 ph. Is it possible for agency workers to get mortgages? My position at work is relatively stable, and i am there on an ongoing basis rather than for a fixed number of weeks. Any help would be appreciated.
Many thanks.

There will indeed be lenders that could look at this for you.
However which one and what kind of rate will depend on your whole set of circumstances

We were looking at a mortgage of around 140k maximum, with a minimum deposit if possible.0
