Car Parking Fines from Euro Car Parks - Ignore?

Do I ignore a car parking fine? I did stay over the time but £30 when you on SMP is a lot of money! but £50 is a lot more! do I write a letter to appeal if so the best way to write it? do I ignore it? or cough up the £???
any advice would be much appriciated

I wouldnt, if I were you nothing will happen and after more letters from a company they pass it onto that will be the end of it. This happened to my friend

In my experience, they will sell it on to a debt collector who will rack up charges at an amazing rate. I would pay the £30.00 and not risk it. (You have admitted you did stay over your time) Your call though.

THere are ways to legally challenge these fines but in order to go through the process correctly and with the littlest impact on your pocket. You will need to pay the ticket now and then challenge it later. You will get the money paid back to you eventually.

As Lincroft has said follow that thread and you will find a process and letters to adhere to.
