Candles do smell nice, but I got my delivery today (think I ordered on the 5th) and the glass round my candle was broken
It was wrapped in a small bit of bubble wrap but then just put in the big box, must have rattled around a bit, box didnt have fragile tape on so guess it just got chucked about on the way here.
Think I will see if they will swap it instore for one thats intact!
BTW, is it just me who thinks people on certain other sites saying, "oooh bought loads, got no-one to give it all to, just bought it to see if I can take it back to store for full price refund?!" sound a little greedy and ruin it for people who actually want to buy the stuff for themselves/presents?!0 -

No, its not just you!0 -
Just realised that I have spent a total of £33 in bodyshop over the past few days, with £4.50 cashback in total via quidco - so guess that makes it £28.50.
Have managed to sort out all the nursery staff presents, a couple of stocking fillers, 2 birthday presents for next year and a couple of treats for me
For that I got 2 make up brush rolls, 6 sparkle roller thingies, cranberry foot hug, cranberry body hug, cranberry shower gel, cranberry lip balm, cranberry reed room fragrance thingie, lilac and silver eye pallete and 2 black velvet apricot shower gels. The RRP on that lot should be around the £200 mark  - certainly not worth anywhere near that but great for the price we paid!! HUGE THANKYOU TO OP & ALL WHO POSTED UPDATES!!
 so cross that people would even entertain the idea of trying to take stuff back and get full price refund. Why oh why not just take advantage of a little glitch (? or is it an on purpose glitch as body shop have got £30 out of me I would not normally have spent!!)0 -
Yay, finally managed to place an order! got 2 of the smaller cosmetic bags and one of the reed diffusers for £9 - amazingly the 25% off worked and got free delivery!
However, I haven't had a confirmation email yet, is that normal?0 -

Yeah, I posted that too, little higher up - but the thing is I dont think they are doing very well with the legal bumpf as it still lists the brushes as part of the 3 for 2 on the terms page, mind you - I suppose if someone argued it theyd make them pay for the two most expensive items, not the cheapest so guess they are covering themselves from honouring the brushes glitch now, altho the other stuff still works (if you catch it in stock!)Does anyone know what Y1 means in the status column please?

They have also reduced the price of the foot hugs from £20.00 - £12.00 now. Although at the moment they are not in stock.0
