Does any think that the body shop has done this on purpose or do you think it is a very long glitch that they haven't noticed yet.

I placed an order 3 days ago for the eye shadows and the heat wrap that goes into the microwave its still only showing the paid status,no money has been taken out of my account so it doesnt look like i will be getting it

None of my orders or the ones on OH's account have moved in days. I'm beginning to wonder if they'll just sit there until there is no stock at all then we'll be emailed with a cancelled note.

The ones they supposedly dispatched are nowhwere to be seen either.

Its taking 2-3 days to get a despatch email, and 3-4 days after that for delivery. Thats been my experience with the BS over the last month.

Just tried to order and it keeps rejecting them! I have tried 4 different cards, all definitely have funds on them and its not working. As a result all the things I wanted except the brush set are now out of stock. Rather frustrating!

This has happened to loads of people.

They block your account if you try to make more than 2 orders in a day. You have to ring them and they will unblock it. I have given up now though as they unblocked my account yesterday and i ordered some rollerballs, today i want to order some lip balm and bits for daughters school friends (not even on the glitch) and its not letting me again.

Very strange website that doesn't seem to want subsequent orders!

That's odd - my first two rejected orders still should have gone through, none were successful! Thank you for the heads up though. Shame I wont be getting my cranberry reheatable feet things - my office is FREEZING!
