Mine went through the payment page then said sorry we cannot process the order....and it showed up as rejected/declined (whichever word it was) in the order history page

if you want to get 2 deals on 1 order and free delivery, order 2 sparkle rollers then free product, another 2 sparkles then free product, then order another 2 sparkles go to checkout and enter 20% code then remove one of the sparkles. the pre-discount total will be £15 which entitles you to free delivery, post discount the total will be £12.
i've just done an order for 5 sparkle rollers, brush bundle and cranberry foot warmers and got all inc free delivery for £12 this way. i know you are technically buying another product to get free delivery but seeing as the product costs the same as the delivery and you get discount off it, it makes more sense to me.

My order that I placed last week has arrived today. One of the 4 candles has smashed. Other than the obvious chunks of glass there are tiny pieces like glitter over everything :o(

Im surprised they aren't all smashed to be honest, the box was far too big. They should have been squashed in with brown paper.

  • Hi
been looking at the foot hug and body hug for my sister. She is going thru chemo atm and thought they would be nice and keep her warm/pampered whilst she is stuck at home.
But wonder if the body hug is worh the money even on 342. Is the body hug like a fleece scarf/shoulder wrapp???? I just get the idea that its an expensive fleece (but of course would buy on a 342 ;)) Could anyone please tell me if it's as nice as the £20 price implies please!

I got free delivery on a £4.80 order though. I think as long as the total, including the free item and before any additional discount, is over £15 thats what happening. At least thats what i'm assuming:confused:

It's another one of those things you warm in the MW. I got a similar thing from local chemist for a fiver, so no not worth £20 but they are nice when you have aches and pains.
