I thought it was a little unfair but checked through their terms and conditions and they are in their rights to cancel. Never mind

And apparantly the money is 'reserved' as people keep mentioning, so they haven't charged you just held the funds

No - the contract is only accepted when they ship the stuff to you. We'll see....

Well i ordered last week and never got a confirmation email.. i just checked my account in their website and it was fine. I received my goodies last week, the only email i received was the one saying your order has been dispatched.
