Just been rejected twice as I made an order earlier in the day, thought I'd give it a go anyway. The phone line is closed so I can't unblock it and I really want to do the order tonight. Can anybody confirm it is the billing address they go by. Am I right in thinking that anybody else in my household would be rejected too because we have the same billing address? Thanks

I have just placed 2 orders within 30 mins of each other, both went through fine....both were different cards though
If my words are missing letters then please excuse me....my keyboard is a tad dodgy!!

I dont often shop at the body shop so not sure how good value some of the items are can someone check if this is good or not?

Bamboo brush roll, Define and sparkle mascara, 4 x sparkle roller ball, sumptuous strawberry pamper pouch, creamy coconut pamper pouch, coconut shimmier body butter. For £20.80

I know I'm saving money but what I mean is are the items *worth* that if it makes sense lol x

I've put in 4 orders in total, 3 in one day and had no problems. I wonder why so many people are having issues?

The Body Shop prices went through the roof when Anita Roddick stopped being in charge and the operation became part of the L'Oreal group. As nice as the body butters are, I wouldn't pay £12.50 for them! I don't think you can argue with these glitch prices though, and if you give them as gifts, folk will think you are being very generous indeed :T

See, this is why I think it's not a glitch but a deliberate marketing ploy. I mean, who in their right mind is going to pay £39 for those make up brushes?
I think what's happening is businesses are pre-empting the public being savvy with their cash this year with all that's happened in the economy, so are trying any means possible to get us to shop with them. Think about it, Thorntons, M&S and Body Shop are all relatively expensive shops. I would NEVER be spending money at Body Shop normally, now they've had about £70 out of me!!. It wouldn't surprise me at all if they announced in January that they'd had their best Christmas in years. And it will all be thanks to us loyal MSEers!!
