Free Online Photo Suite

Hi guys a quick question as I am a total novice when it come to these things. I had Dell Photoshop on my PC but can't use hardly any of the features unless I pay for an upgrade.
I also have Roxio which came with my Digital Camera.
All I would like to do is convert a photo I have to B&W and then print it! But Roxio doesn't have that option and the Dell PS won't let me do it unless I pay extra.
Is there anywhere online that I can do this for free or are there any free photo shop/suite things?
