ok for anyone wanting to buy at £25 debenhams in Glasgow had about 7-8 of these in stock today at 1pm

i managed to get one and took the dearer £36 one back

not bad saving of £11

debenhams trafford centre had loads in yesterday, selling at £50. i could only find the blue ones though,. smyths toy store were selling at £37.99 online last week for the fire truck heli mission, so worth keeping an eye out

on tuesday i rang debenhams as it was oos on their website, they stated they still had some in stock and i ordered over the phone and paid £25 - also used the free delivery code. i called them again on wednesday to see if the item i'd bought was still in stock and apparently the one im getting is from a store. i have now had an email saying its been dispatched.

but if you do call debenhams you may be in a queue for about 15 - 20 mins as theyre very busy.

I gave debenhams a call just now and have ordered one even though its out of stock on the internet :j cheaper than everywhere else as well

OOS everywhere at the minute except:

EBay - over 80 quid
Amazon - 119
Play - 109

Have managed to get 2 though, 1 for under the Christmas tree and one for EBay

OK, I just phoned the debenhams number 0844 561 6161, you need to ask for the menswear section (thats where these are) and the store you want and they put you through.

(i think its option 4, then option 2)

The individual stores don't have a telephone number online so you have to use this switch board service.

I tried three shops and each time the staff were very helpful and went and looked on the shop floor.

On my fourth store phonecall, he managed to find 2 at £25 each, he took my number then someone phoned me back and took payment details, I asked if I could be cheeky and use free delivery code, he said don't worry about it, its free delivery this weekend.

What a result - 2 for £50 and a big praise for such helpful Debenhams staff.

PS I told the chap that found them for me about them being the number 1 spot on the gadget show so he might get one for himself.

I phoned Bristol, Taunton, Cardiff with no luck and then cut to the chase and phoned Oxford Street, London
