hi all just to let you know whats been going on lately-the new house will be mine in 2 weeks time it is all signed and sealed am a bit daunted by the task ahead but feel that i am doing the right thing for my family......i will no doubt be online requesting your help to keep me on the straight and narrow and for money saving advice and once im in my new home i will post my new soa for some ideas!!:rotfl:
