LITTLEWOODS "DEFAULT" CHARGES!!!
HAS ANYONE HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH THIS CATALOGUE COMPANY AND BEEN HIT WITH RIDICULOUS "LATE PAYMENT DEFAULT CHARGES" WHICH ARE NOT REALLY YOUR FAULT, THEN IN TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEONE SENSIBLE IN THEIR OFFICE ON THE PHONE, YOU ARE MET WITH THE MOST IGNORANT AND ARROGANT OPERATORS!
FURTHER, THEY THEN BOMBARD YOU WITH ATTEMPTS TO SIGN YOU UP FOR VERY EXPENSIVE LONG TERM CREDIT ARRANGEMENTS.
I PURCHASED AM ITEM ON INTEREST FREE REPAYMENTS AND HAVE BEEN HAMMERED WITH £48.50 IN 4 MONTHS FOR SO CALLED CHARGES EVEN THOUGH AS FAR AS I WAS CONCERNED, I WAS PAYING MORE THAN THE MINIMUM EACH MONTH AS i HAD DONE SO IN THE PAST.
DESPITE WRITING AND PHONING THEM SEVERAL TIMES, THEY HAVE TAKEN ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE OF ME WHAT SO EVER AND JUST ENCLOSE "OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING LEAFLETS" ABOUT DEBT PROBLEMS AND "CONSUMER CREDIT ACT" LETTERS.
I HAVE NOW "PAID THE BALANCE OFF IN FULL AS I SEE IT" !! AS I AM SICK OF THEIR IGNORANT ATTITUDE................ANYONE ELSE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY??

Yes. Go ahead and start reclaiming your charges. I did and the longest drawn out process Ive had thus far.
They denied and insisted their charges are fair and it ended up going all the way to FOS and then to . Eventually they conceeded and sneekily sent me a cheque (for the charges but not for the interest amount) before the court action actually commenced therefore leaving me a court case based solely on the interest. (much harder arguement for me, as they will state the charges have been repaid and therefore no case to answer) but hey will have to see how that one pans out when we get to court.
So in short, reclaim, and persist. You will get back the charges eventually.
goo luck.If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!!
