Best lip tint?

Thinking of changing from my lipstick to a more natural lip tint and then apply some lip balm over the top. I need some sort of colour on my lips but not too much as they are quite pink anyway and I want to look 'natural'. Can anyone recommend a long lasting lip tint that won't break the bank?

I like Pixi Lip Blush and the Bourjois one (rose pixel is probably what you're after) - the Pixi ones aren't really true to packaging colour though.
Another thing is, if you're putting balm on top, it will reduce the staying power of the tint. You might be better off with a tinted balm, lipgloss or a long last lipstick with gloss like Revlon ColorStay or Max Factor Lipfinity.0 -
Benefit have two, one is closer to red and the other is a peachier pink. Are you after maing your lips look darker or brighter? They are pricey but do last for ages and ages!
Otherwise Bonjours- but it doesn't stay around for long at all. Like Juice says, the silicons in the gloss will make it impossible to stay on your lips, its excellent if your ever out of make-up remover BTW, but not so good at staying put.
Maybe ask Santa for a Juicy Tube from Lancome (know its a bank breaker!) but they have gift packs which for the past two years at least have become half price in the Boots sale! (4 smaller tubes for £10!)0 -
i agree with jenniewb, the benefit ones are brilliant. i have only just run out of my benetint and that lasted me for 3 years (didnt use it everyday tho).
if you want something really cheap then the pink vaseline is really good!0 -
Vaseline Rosy Lips (pink and white tin) is cheap, cheerful and does the business."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0

The benefit ones are brilliant and even though their products are £££££ everything lasts ages or maybe i'm just more careful, do find i need a lip balm over the top to stop them drying out, i like the palmers coco butter one. Have only tried the tints in nail varnish like bottles, both the posey and the original.
Do have the benetint lipbalm awell, very nice but i hate dunking my fingers in things.
Body shop do a tint in a tube like benefits dark tint again nice and handy for keeping in your bag.
I also have the vaseline rosy lips but it doesn't stain my lips like the others, and i find it quite drying.0
