How much could I expect to borrow.....

This is my first post, so I hope this is in the right place and that you are gentle with me!
Me and my OH currently live in a property worth around 95k, my mortgage is 55k. We are looking to move soon and have started to look at properties around the 140k mark.
I am wondering what is the top limit we can expect to borrow, we earn around 30k a year between us.
are we being realistic or should we lower our sights and start looking at cheaper properties?
Any replies would be gratefully recieved,
Thanks in advance

Assuming you have no debts, then anything from £70 - £130K. No way of telling - you need to undertake an application to know the max limit.
Don't spend more than about 30% of take home income on debt.0
