Tomtom one v4, your thoughts please

My mum is wanting to get my brother a satnav for xmas. He willl only use it occasionally.
I have found the Tomtom one v4 for £84.99.

Do you think it's a decent enough satnav and a good price.

I've got version 3, very happy with it. No issues other than relatively short battery life if not plugged into cigarette lighter
