Endowment mis-selling who do I claim against

I got a letter from my endownment company telling me that it probably won't pay off my mortgage and I should act now etc.
I have been on the FSA web site and on the which site and made a letter but where do I sent the letter to? The endowment was arranged by the estate agent where we bought the house so is it them I sent it too or to the insurance company? I'm not really 100% sure if I was missold but is it up to them to prove otherwise ?

Send it to whoever sold you the mortgage.Ring up the insurance company to check this, as the estate agent may have been acting technically as a salesman for the insurance co, rather than as an independent advisor.
It is indeed up to them to prove you weren't missold..
