I have just recieved a copy of my first eyar IVA review. On it is a list of creditors and it states that 17 out of the 20 have NOT sent in either a claim or supporting documents. It states taht if they do not send in claim by 7July 06 they may be excluded from the arrangement.
Whats the chances of this happening? The only peole to put in claim are Next and Co-operative bank. This only amounts to about £6500 of £110k. You would think after a year teh others would have claimed.
