Boots - 500 points for repeat prescription service

My local Boots is offering 500 points when you join the free presciption service. They also suggested that I could tell other people who had advantage cards to sign up.
I know this offer was on before, but this time you don't need a repeat prescription or voucher to sign up. The details are on large white paper bags in the pharmacy
and there is the usual form to complete.

Thanks for this Apartment in Nice. I was in our larger Boots yesterday and didn't see this. Just the usual repeat prescription service forms.
Wonder if it just local to you or national?0 -
Sorry you couldn't see the offer in your branch of Boots. The offer is explained on a large paper bag, the type boots use for medicines. The bag does not have a voucher, but also says you do not need a repeat prescription to sign up. The points should be added once you fill in the repeat presciption form.
Could be that just some stores are promoting the offer, such as smaller stores that want more business from dispensing prescriptions. It might be worth trying a small store and asking at the pharmacy, especially if you need to buy something health related. Or maybe ringing head office0 -
I went in my little Boots today and forgot to ask the SA! Got distracted by something else. Will try again tomorrow.0

I went into my local boots and the pharmacy are still keen to sign up anyone for the repeat prescription service and give 500 points. They are willing to let you sign up on someone else's behalf but said they could only award 500 points per card - so if two people signed up on one card, they might have the second lot of 500 points removed. You don't need a prescription to sign up.
