HELP-Lokking for 90% morgage on refurb house

My partner and I just put down GBP 500.00 deposit to secure a victorian terraced house which had a roof conversion just done, only to find out that RBS will not give us a 90% morgage as they see the house with its refurbishment as a new build!:mad:
Any idea which lender will give us 90% on a refurb house!!
Looking urgently for replies as otherwise we will loose our deposit...
All infor greatly appreciated!
