Do you really need to drive - what about just taking the bus from Omagh? I think Translink do a £15.00 max return fare.

Use the park & ride at Loughview (Lurgan turn off from the M1) - cheaper and not that much less frequent (every 30 mins) and the car park is open 24hrs.

Sprucefield busses are every 20 mins and you might be pushing it to get in for 9:20; plus they're £5.20 (IIRC) as opposed to £9.10 from Lurgan. Apart from that the journey back can be tricky with the Sprucefield traffic - I've used both and the Lurgan option can actually work out quicker as the traffic seems to have cleared by then when you're rejoining the M1..

It doesn't 'close' but it certainly fills up - last bus to it is about 6:30 and the gates close after 7.

  • thanks for advice she used sprucefield and found it really handy, but be warned there was only about 20 spaces left at 8.40!!! Lurgan sounds good too but oh wanted to go into marks.
