My wife has a loan with WFS and their local branch manager rung up and left a stinking message with a colleague of hers at work to the tune of if she doesn't ring back I'll arrange for soemone to visit the property (my wife had told him countless times she cant take calls at work)

I was fuming and rung to speak to the man in question but he was out of the office. Explained to the woman on the central line I got through too and said i want it noted on file no more calls and i will be making a complaint.

We managed to get the email address of the branch in question and shot off a complaint email and the calls have since stopped.

you'll find they get more and more irratating at the end of the month when their targets are due.
