Bank statements

Hi,
I have to get 3 months original bank statements from Alliance and Leicester to give to mortgage company. Alliance and Leicester charge £5 per statement, which for my current, fiance's current and joint account will be £45 for 9 statements which seems very over priced considering we don't get paper statements at all.
I can't print them out because they need to have certain information like our address at the top of each page. Any ways around this, it's a first direct mortgage application...?
Thanks

Ask your bank A & L if you can have the statements for free as this would make you happy and you would stay with them!
Explain that you need the statements for a mortgage application and you are saving the trees by not having paper statements each month.
Tell them if you have to pay out £45 now you WILL change banks after you move BE TOUGH what have you got to lose ( Try nice pretty please first)
Or ask the manager to stamp the printed off statements with bank stamp and do a letter !0
