Remortgage Buy to Let Mortgage

I have a buy to let mortgage with Chelsea which is now on the SVR of 5.79%.

Are there any buy to let mortgages that are better than this? I have seen a few around 5.30% but they have large fees which negate the benefits of a lower interest. Has anyone seen anything better.

I have around 70% LTV.
