Hi there,
I have seen that the court fees on £150 are sometimes waived for those on benefits, how common is this?
Thanks

They are not "sometimes" waived for those on benefits - they ARE waived for those on certain means-tested benefits. But it needs to be claimed; forms filled with appropriate proof supplied, and not all courts would tell you or ask you if you are eligible (as with all things you are able to claim, its a case of finding out for yourself!)0 -
i am on ib and dla, i paid no court fees what so ever, only the 350.00 for os i got mine based on low income, as stated, supply proof of bennifits dated with a month of court date and u should be fine, take bank statement as well. best of luck.0
