Have you got a copy of your credit file?
Are there any missed payments etc on there?
Any entries on there that should not be?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. What figures are you looking at?
Purchase price and deposit? Your income? Any other debts?

Why do some OP's give us scant info? How on Earth would they expect any kind of sensible feedback???????
For example are you wanting £500,000 or £50,000? Are you aged 30 or 60? Is your income £10k or £100k
