Where does eveyone get their manufacturer coupons from

I was just wondering where does everyone get their manufacturer coupons from? I have searched high and low and still only managed to find a few.
Just looking for a few pointers from those who regulary get coupons.

email comanies that you use!! look for websites for food that you use!

you will be amazed at what they send out if you ask!

Not sure if this is any good , but I was in LLoyds pharmacy yesterday and there was a bunch of vouchers on the counter for £2 off lamisil.

It is store specific, but it has a barcode, so not sure if it will scan at Tescos or Asda. Havent been in to try them yet.
