Can you buy Alfred Angelo separates in the UK?

I was looking at the Alfred Angelo bridesmaid separates, but can only find info from the USA site.
Does anyone know if you can buy them in the UK or online? Or have you come accross something similar on your searches?
My partner is hoping to have a top made by a dressmaker, but I would like to find a back up top!

Hi I have seen the dresses in wedding mags and I know Confetti and Lace sells the dresses, they are in Lakeside, Essex. But I dont know about the separates. Sorry if that wasnt much help !!
