I am doing a sweet jar for my nieces and nephews. Went shopping to my local outlet village and found a shop called the Sweet Emporium. I decided to be cheeky and ask whether they would sell an empty jar to me, the lady went into the back and returned with one of the jars and said I could have it free of charge as I was making a purchase in the shop.

I got my dad a Lonely Planet guide for New York as we are going in April for 99p. (think RRP is £13.99?)

Got a lavender growing set for my gran which should have been £8 for free, (glitch).

Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.

Best pressies this year have been a £25 charm from hot diamonds for nothing thanks to codes on this forum! Next best pressie was a silver bracelet - again thanks to codes on here.

My resolution for this year is to... get at least two christmas presents each month next year so I don't need to worry about Christmas - but the presents need to be acquired with codes & vouchers to make christmas cost neutral!!!
