Swines not giving back my office deposit!!

Hope someone here can help.
I rented office space with these bunch of cowboys startanywhere.com
from January 2009 until September 2009 and paid a service retainer of £500 at the beginning.
After many many chases they haven't bothered replying so I had no alternative but to take them to court. the cheeky blighters have now put in a defence and said that they never a contractual relationship with me!! I know I signed a contract at the beginning but cant find it.
They took money from me every month and I even have the transaction details of the deposit paid on 23/12/08 so I got proof.
However there is a slight technicality. I had to have a company name when renting the office so I chose a name and I think that is who the contract is with, ME. So is the reason and do I have a leg to stand on? Or should I just withdraw and put another one in under the company name.
It has now been transferred to a county court and now Ive got a questionnaire to fill in and a court fee.
Please help!!
