Cheapest Foolscap Suspension Files?

I've just been given a 4 drawer Samas Vickers filing cabinet and as inner edge to inner edge of drawers is 390mm, I think I need this same size foolscap suspension files. The cabinet is 1m 310.5 mm high x 470.3 mm width x 620.3 mm depth. Each drawer is 240.2mm deep.
Does anyone know where I can buy the cheapest suspension files?

Does your local council run a creative waste exchange scheme? Our one in Aberdeen is at www.creativewasteexchange.org and consists of a place where big firms wanting rid of unused / second hand stationery, furniture, materials etc rather than simply bin them. I have picked up some super bargains with large carpet 'samples' for 50p, lever arch files (frequently never been used) usually around 20p each, envelopes of all shapes and sizes, staples and files of all sorts really dit cheap. Usually works out around £1 per carrier bag. Can't say I have seen suspension files but the they can never guarantee what will be in and when - i think ours will keep a note of your name and number if you are looking for something specific though. No idea if this type of thing is local or run in various cities but I would definitely recommend it, both in the interests of the environment and my purse!

BTW A 4 drawer filing cabinet, of which they had quite a few in various degrees of scruffiness, averaged around £10 with keys.

Thanks katyk but unfortunately, we don't have this scheme here. I've found 300 suspension files of the right size on ebay for £36.09 + £6.75 delivery. It's a lot of money but seems to me to be the cheapest around so will probably go for them.
