Casino software won't launch

I'm trying to play the 40 free spins available at sportingbet casino but can't get their downloaded software to launch.
I have clicked on download casino then when download box comes up I click run. The software seems to download and the casino icon is on my desktop but when I click on the casino icon to launch the software the timer comes up but nothing happens. Help!
