Gifts for Germany

Hi I have some German friends I want to send presents to at Christmas. It seems such an expense and waste to buy presents here and then post them or have them delivered to Germany. Does anyone have any experience of good German websites where I can purchase presents and so have them delivered from Germany. Unfortunately my German is pretty poor so the sites would need to be in English. I have a Nationwide visa debit card so I assume I would be able to pay with that without any extortionate conversion rates. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
Thanks

Hi, I've used Amazon.de a few times, just as good as co.uk, obviously I've had the items delivered here to the uk so that should be great for you.
The first couple of times I muddled through on the translation, the third time I had Babel fish translate the page, and the last couple of times I just used the translate option via my google toolbar.
Its a very sensible option. Cheers.0 -

Andrew, Amazon.de is a german company, you pay in euros, and delivery is free to Germany. I was just trying to highlight that it was easy to purchase from them from within the uk, hth.0

Not sure what ages your friends are but Topshop also deliver for £5 from the UK. This is a cheap way to send a gift to Germany.:A0

^^Topshop also deliver direct to Germany and a few other fashion clothing companies do too. Failing that, an ebay seller who sends worldwide may do this for you? or Amazon.0
