I think the Boden sale will start 4th December, as all their offers seem to end on the 3rd. What does anyone else think?

I was thinking the 18th December. They always seem to start on a Friday and usually the week before Xmas as they never guarantee Xmas delivery but it can come in time. Would love to hear if anyone has any insider info on this one!!0 -
For the last 2 years it has been the second Friday of December (8th/9th last 2) so I think it will be the 11th! Interestingly the usa website (https://www.bodenusa.com) has not yet gone to sale, and they always have gone to sale 1-2 weeks before uk (2 weeks in the summer one definately.) They get first pickings of all the uk stock....
So it could be 4th (unlikely as USA hasn't started) 11th (imo most likely) or 18th (last 2 yrs its been a week before!)....hmmmm:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -
Hmm...USA site isn't on sale yet!0

I asked them about this in the summer and they replied
I am very sorry to hear of the disappointment caused. Firstly, we are unable to start both sales on the same day. We simply do not have the manpower or facilities in our warehouse to cope with such demand. By running our US sale first, it enables us to trial both our website and warehouse to ensure we can cope with our larger UK sale. It also gives us enough time to fix any teething problems that we may encounter.
We do appreciate your frustration, however, on the whole, as a business this enables us to offer a better service in both the UK and US. Also, the US and UK are ran as separate companies. Therefore, the US has its own warehouse and its own stock allocation. This has no affect on our UK stock............
