If you right-click the screenshot and look at it's properties you'll see :-http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v292/wonderwall95/untitled-2.jpg so in answer to your question, create a screenshot of what you want to post and upload to tinypic or photobucket either of which will then allow you to link to the image hosted on their site.
