    She would not come pick me up from the pub at 2am. After 5 pints of stella, i could not find a reason for her not to get out of bed & pick me up.

  • Well, earlier in the night she had come to pick me (us) up, but the others did not want to go home.

    Therefore technically a lift was offered, but not at the correct time.
