I've searched and can't find this posted already:
Matalan have In the Night Garden 12" talking Upsy Daisy, Makka Pakka and Iggle Piggle. They say that's 1/2 price; Tesco are selling them for £16.97, these ones:

I couldn't find cheaper when I was looking for my daughter (no doubt I've missed a bargain somewhere else).
They also have the smaller non-talking ones for £5.99.
