Watch repair (well replace the winder bit)

I have a Paul Smith watch which I dropped a while ago, damaging the red acrylic covering on the winder button.

I'm stuck on two points. Firstly I don't know the proper name for the winder button, therefore cannot google it.

Secondly when doing a google search for watch repairs, I can't find anywhere specific which can replace the parts with official Paul Smith parts.
